A few years ago, Fleur and Pim co-founded Bartley in response to the urgent demand for truck drivers in the Netherlands.
Drawing on Fleur’s extensive experience in onboarding personnel for offshore platforms globally and Pim’s years of working with predominantly Polish employees in construction, they recognized the unique challenges in the trucking industry.
Their expertise in working with foreign individuals and integrating them into Dutch workplaces positioned them perfectly to spearhead the onboarding of truck drivers from across the EU.
Acknowledging the significance of cultural nuances, they understood that a ‘yes’ in Spain might differ from a ‘yes’ in Poland or the Netherlands.
